Received the bracelet and was not happy that it did not fit like Eleanor assured me in a email I asked for a loose fit and it is not. Checked on it she told me it would cost $15-$25 then the cost of post to get it back to you and then back to me. This is wrong. I have a bracelet I can’t use. I will be putting this out on your website to make people beware of how you do business.
