General
We are based in the Netherlands, where all of our bracelets are crafted. From our location, we handle all aspects of production and shipping, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality.
From the moment we receive your order, it takes 2-4 business days to craft your bracelet(s) and then it is ready for shipment.
Upon readiness for shipment, you'll receive an email containing a track and trace code. If you haven't received this code, kindly check your spam folder. Should you still not find it, contact us at info@aurumbrothers.com, and we'll assist you in tracking your order and updating you on its status.
Please ensure that we have the correct wrist size and delivery address to complete your order efficiently.

Sometimes we reach out if the wrist size is missing from the order, or if the submitted wrist size seems unusually large or small. We may also contact you if the address is invalid or if we need additional information.
Please keep in mind that we will reach out multiple times. After three weeks, if we have not received a response, we will send the order with the submitted wrist size. If no wrist size was submitted, we will make it with our average wrist size of 7.25 inches / 18.5 cm.
Sometimes yes, it depends on the bracelet and what you envision is possible with this particular bracelet. We can only customize what we currently have in stock. Keep in mind that for a custom design, the price of the bracelet may change. Please reach out to us at info@aurumbrothers.com with your design ideas, and we will let you know what we can do!
We do not recommend wearing the bracelets during certain activities, as they can damage both the gemstones and metal over time. The durability of the stones varies; some are harder and more resistant, while others are softer and more susceptible to damage. Reach out to us, and we can check if we have any small inventory left or assist you with finding a good alternative bracelet.
If you have already placed the order, you can simply reply to your order confirmation email to let us know. Most of the time, we can prioritise your order and create it within 1 business day. Please keep in mind that we do need a wrist size (since everything is custom made) and a valid address.
For shipping, we use priority services to get it to you as quickly as possible. You can also contact us at info@aurumbrothers.com beforehand, and we will happily see what we can arrange!

Yes, it is possible. Submit your wrist size and then add "loose fit" (in the note or email us afterward is also an option). Keep in mind you need to submit your true wrist size, and not calculate any extra inches yourself. Often, this results in too large bracelets and disappointment.So if you measured your wrist size as 7.25 inches and you want a loose fit, submit 7.25 inches,loose fit.
If you're unsure, don't worry—we offer complimentary resizing for first-time orders within 30 calendar days of receiving the bracelet. You can always reach out to us at info@aurumbrothers.com if you need assistance or if the recipient has previously ordered from Aurum Brothers—we can easily look up their wrist size. Alternatively, we also offer e-gift cards.
At Aurum Brothers, we prioritize creating perfectly fitting bracelets that complement your wrist beautifully. Here’s why we prefer wrist measurements over fixed lengths:
- Custom Fit for Every Wrist: Wrist measurements ensure that each bracelet is tailored specifically to your wrist, providing a comfortable and secure fit, unlike standard lengths which might be too loose or tight.
- Bead Size Variations: Our bracelets are crafted with high-quality natural beads, which can have slight size variations. For example, a 4mm bead might actually measure between 3.9mm and 4.1mm due to natural factors and production processes. This minor variation can affect the overall length of the bracelet.
- Unique Designs: Different bead sizes and designs affect the bracelet’s length. A bracelet made with larger beads will have a different length compared to one made with smaller beads, even if they both wrap around the wrist the same way.
You can find the bead size in the product title.
For example: Lava Bracelet IV (6mm) means the beads in this bracelet are 6mm. If you are wondering how this size looks on your wrist, you can find a photo in the Product Specifications that shows the difference between bead sizes on a person’s wrist.
Shipping
Creating your custom-made bracelet takes 2-4 business days, provided you have supplied a wrist size and a valid address. Once ready, it is prepared for priority shipping.
Shipping times vary by location:
- For the USA, it takes 1-5 business days (since the tariff implementation, delivery has become less predictable).
- For Europe, it takes 1-4 business days, depending on the country.
- For Asia, it takes 2-4 business days, depending on the country.
- For the Middle East, it takes 2-4 business days.
Please note that we are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For more information you can have a look at our shipping page.
In most cases, you can change the delivery address yourself on the tracking confirmation page. If you're unable to do so, please contact both the courier service and us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that the longer you wait, the more difficult it becomes to amend the address.
Please note that changing the delivery address to a different address and/or country may not always be possible, and if it possible additional transport costs may be charged to you.
Return / Repair / Exchange
Of course, we understand that getting the size right the first time can be a little tricky, especially with custom-made bracelets. That's why we offer complimentary resizing within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. Simply send an email to info@aurumbrothers.com, and we'll provide you with a free shipping label and guide you through the easy steps for resizing your bracelet or necklace.
We offer free exchanges within 30 calendar days of delivery on items that are purchased through www.aurumbrothers.com.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be returned in its original packaging
- the tag must still be attached
- the item must show no signs of wear or use
We also offer free UPS return labels for eligible exchanges. To request one, please email info@aurumbrothers.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to register and assess your return for an exchange. We will notify you by email regarding the expected timeframe for you receiving the exchange.
If you choose to use your own shipping carrier, that is possible. However, we are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot issue an exchange if your package is lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend insuring the package for the full value of the item(s) being returned.
Yes, returns are completely free. Although our bracelets are handmade items, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. For all Aurum Brothers items, we offer a '30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee' on all bracelets purchased at www.aurumbrothers.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). After 30 calendar days, returns are not possible. The bracelet must be in its original condition with no signs of wear and the tag still attached. We're proud to offer free returns with no restocking fees. Once we receive your return, we'll process your full refund.
Within 1 Year
We offer one complimentary repair within 1 year of purchase, subject to assessment.Because many of our designs use unique stones and materials, each repair request is assessed individually. To request a repair, please email us at info@aurumbrothers.com.

- a photo of the item and the materials that are left
- your original order number ( we can assist you with this if forgotten)
If you no longer have your order number, please still contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Please note that complimentary repairs do not apply to damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, or avoidable strain, such as sleeping, showering, or similar activities.Once we have your package. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to register and assess your item for repair. We will notify you by email regarding the expected timeframe once your package has been received.
After 1 Year
After 1 year, we continue to offer our repair services. This includes ($15 per bracelet ) and a UPS return label to send the order back to you ($25).
Please note that repairs involving water exposure, missing stones/metals, or damaged metal/stone components may result in additional charges, depending on the condition of the item, the gemstones used, and the materials required.To request a repair, please email info@aurumbrothers.com and include the following so we can assess your case:

Shipping the item back to us is not included. You may purchase a UPS return label from us for $25, or arrange shipping yourself using your own carrier.If you choose to use your own shipping carrier, that is possible. We strongly recommend insuring the package for the full value of the item(s) being returned. Any customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.Once we have your package.
