Silver Bracelet VI (8mm)

This is a warning to all future customers this is my first interaction with this company and it went horribly wrong apparently they're okay with sending incorrect items and in my case that were also damaged I have proof photos and a video of unboxing they came back with what they were trying to claim was the FedEx package was damaged and possibly tampered with when it was clearly not ever open before the unboxing video and then on top of that they were trying to say that the beads did not match what I had ordered which is accurate which is why I was trying to get a hold of them to rectify the situation after they decided not to I told them because of their support quality I needed a full refund I will look elsewhere. Although flight they were very condescending and what I view as being rude in an email obviously the situation does not help this out, but very unwilling to show any customer service abilities at all so this is again my warning to all future customers stay away from this company as you have a potential of getting scammed by them. I did my research and they had decent reviews but maybe I was one of the few something slipped through their process that they had outline they followed when making and packing the jewelry up and unfortunately something happened where I did not receive what I ordered and it was damaged on top of it I offered to send it back they were hearing none of it. I went the route of contacting my bank they took care of everything on their end so at the end of the day I wasn't out anything but I wouldn't want anybody else to go through this hassle stay away!

The moment I took the silver braclet out of its ornate gift box I knew I'd made the correct choice. Feels great and has nice weight but the free gift I received is my dumb reach for casual everyday wearing. Both bracelets are awesome and proud to have them in my collection.
