I had one of these purchased for me for my Christmas present. From day one it pinched hairs on my wrist and I do not have heavily hairy wrists.
I contacted Aurum over this, as I was feeling bad to tell my partner who had purchased such an expensive present for me in October/ November as a Christmas present for me .

Weeks later I got a response from Aurum stating oh we hear about this a lot, it does stop eventually. 3 months later it’s still happening and is so uncomfortable to wear being pinched hair pulled every 5 minutes.
